To add a new user in oneMetrix, please follow the following steps:
- Navigate to https://www.onemetrix.com in your web browser
- Enter your site serial number, username and password
- Select the “Admin” menu
- Select “Users”
- Press the “+” button on the left side to add a new user
- Enter in the username in the “Name” field
- Create a password for the user in the “Password” field
- Enter the user’s email address in the “Email” field (They can use this email address to reset their password if they forget it in the future)
- Click the floppy disk “Save” icon in the top right of the User box
- Select the user in the list to the left
- Navigate to the “Roles” tab
- Select the correct “Role” for the user
- Click the floppy disk “Save” icon in the top right of the User box
