Checking a Gift Card Balance

On onePOS:
  1. Go to ‘Server Menu’.
  2. Click ‘Balance Query’.
  3. Swipe card through stripe reader or manually enter the card number (when manually entering a GC, enter a 3 before the number on the back).
 
On oneMetrix: 
  1. Log in to oneMetrix at onemetrix.com.
  2. Once logged in, go to the ‘Gift Cards’ tab.
  3. Manually enter the gift card number.
  4. Press ‘Get Balance’.
 
On iPad: 
  1. Open the onePOS vTerminal application on the iPad.
  2. Make sure you are on the ‘Gift Cards’ Tab.
  3. Click ‘Balance Query’.
  4. Swipe the gift card through the stripe reader adapter or manually enter the card number.
