Checking Gift Card Balances

1. Go to ‘Server Menu’.
2. Click ‘Balance Query’.
3. Swipe card through stripe reader or manually enter the card number.

On oneMetrix: 

1. Log in to oneMetrix at http://www.onemetrix.com.
2. Once logged in, go to the ‘Gift Cards’ tab.
3. Manually enter the gift card number.
4. Press ‘Get Balance’.

On iPad: 

1. Open the onePOS vTerminal application on the iPad.
2. Make sure you are on the ‘Gift Cards’ Tab.
3. Click ‘Balance Query’.
4. Swipe the gift card through the stripe reader adapter or manually enter the card number.
