Note
Passwords must be changed periodically in Manager Console. You will get a warning when you log in that your password is about to expire or has expired.
To change passwords for Manager Console, log into the onePOS Manager Console and follow the steps below:
- Click “Employees” at the top.
- Click “Modify Employees”
- Double click the employee you need to change the Manager Console password for.
- Click “Password” to change the Manager Console password
- A box will pop up named “New Password” with two empty fields. Type in the NEW password TWICE, once in each empty field.
- Click “Ok”
- Click “Ok”
- Click “Done”

Passwords for the mobile app, oneConnect2, are handled inside of oneMetrix and is the same password as your oneMetrix login.
